This visit was planned (unlike the surprise "Kristen gift" of yesteryear) and the subsequent visit to the breeze...
Mom loves Bahama Breeze and as I write this, I know how jealous the other mom will be - they are both big fans.
We all had special drinks and wonderful food set to the sound of a one-man band called The Island Doctor.
He was surprisingly good and I was convinced that he could rock some James Taylor so I went to ask for his card before leaving. He had me come up on the little stage to grab a card from his gig bag... I had to decline his offer to sing a song with him and instead resorted to making a donation to the tip jar.
This was my first introduction into sweet tea flavored vodka... this drink is now made at 237 and is aptly named "the island doctor".
A few more island doctors and I may have sang with the namesake,
